By purchasing jewellery from 17 Jewellers, you the customer must be aware of the following terms and conditions:

  • For all mouth jewellery full payment is required in cash, by card or via paypal when your impression is taken or when you purchase online.

  • 17 Jewellers DO NOT offer refunds. In the unlikely event that your jewellery does not fit, no refund will be given. However, we will remake it free of charge.

  • If you have any dental issues, you must let us know. you are purchasing mouth jewellery AT YOUR OWN RISK. 17 Jewellers will not be held responsible.

  • WARNING: All mouth jewellery will eventually become tarnished if you smoke with them in. if this happens, the item can be restored at a fee. DO NOT EAT WITH YOUR MOUTH JEWELLERY IN. this is highly dangerous & unhygienic.

  • 17 Jewellers has zero tolerance towards abuse or hostile attitudes

17 Jewellers cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to your natural teeth due to improper care, or loss of teeth. Once your teeth have been created, refunds are not possible. Each tooth is custom made to fit you alone. 17 Jewellers guarantee that all work produced will be of high quality; customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us we aim to give you nothing but the best. Any manufacturer defects such as a diamond(s) falling out, will be repaired free of charge. Damage caused by the client can be repaired at a fee. A quote will be given upon inspection of the damage. Your information will not be shared with third parties and will be held securely by 17 Jewellers. It will only be used to contact you about your order. Please refer to our privacy policy.
