Service Description

A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required in order to confirm your appointment. The £20 will be deducted from the total quoted price of your order when payment is taken during appointment. If you are running late for your appointment, you MUST notify me (Instagram, call, or text). IF YOU ARE 10 OR MORE MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, A £5 LATENESS FEE WILL BE APPLIED. IF YOU ARE 15 OR MORE MINUTES LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, A £10 LATENESS FEE WILL BE APPLIED. IF YOU ARE 20 OR MORE MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Cancellation Policy

Please give AT LEAST 2 hours notice if you'd like to cancel or change your appointment. If you give less notice than this, you'll be unable to change the time of the appointment and your deposit will not be refunded.
